At bed-e-buys we want to give you a personal service by tailoring your requirements to suit your needs.

Online ordering is secure and easy. Simply click on the products you wish to order, fill in all your details and we will do the rest.

By phone - You can order by phone by calling 01992 467345 Monday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm

By Fax - You can fax your order to 01992 470440 (24hrs)

Payment methods

We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard & Switch/Debit cards. For security reasons please do not fax, email or post your card details. We prefer you to call us with them.

Delivery

Upon receipt of your order, bed-e-buys will send you an order confirmation by email (or post if email is unavailable) including anticipated delivery times (this can only be an estimate). Most items can be delivered free of charge to most areas of the UK. The delivery company will deliver to your front door. Delivery must be arranged within 5 days of the goods arriving into our warehouse. If we cannot deliver on the day arranged due to the buyer, we reserve the right to charge £25 for re-delivery to cover extra costs incurred. Delivery will only be made to the address specified on the original order.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, this may change in the future.

Payment

If ordered online payment is taken in full. However it is possible to order with a 30% deposit if ordered by telephone with the balance taken prior to despatch. All prices include VAT payable at the prevailing rate.

Cancellation period

Goods that are held in stock by bed-e-buys and are ordered or manufactured specifically for the buyer cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed by bed-e-buys.

Delivery address

When ordered online the delivery address must be the same as the card billing address. However if you require delivery to an alternative address please call us on 01992 467345 to arrange this. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, this may change in the future.
